FEES

For 2026 we have implemented a two-tier fee structure to encourage additional employee participation and inclusion and to be able to continue providing the great KIGT experience that you’re used to: two days of golf with carts included and the post-round dinners!

We hope this additional support from our valued partners will allow everyone to expand their Teck network by lowering this entry barrier and making the tournament more inclusive.

To reserve your place, complete and submit the registration form under the “Registration” tab in this website or ask your Area Coordinator to register for you.

The preferred method of payment is by E Transfer (please see instructions below) however you may pay by cheque. Please ensure payment is made no later than April 15.

If you bank online then you can pay your fees to KIGT online. The process is quite simple and secure because although an email is used to make it happen, there is no financial information on the email. KIGT has a RBC bank account so if you bank with RBC and use online banking the transfer is really easy. Just go to your account and select “pay bills or send e-transfer” link and choose the option to send to another RBC account. If you do not use RBC then you can use Interac which allows you to transfer money between different financial institutions.

The email address that you need to send the fees to is:  KIGT99@gmail.com.  This year we have changed the e-transfer option to auto-deposit, so no password will be required when e-transferring tournament fees. However we ask that you provide the name(s) of the entrants in the comment box of your banking institution’s e-transfer form, so that we can be assured we are receiving the correct person’s fees. If multiple people, please list all of them. Once payment is accepted, you will typically receive an e-mail confirmation. Please consider the e-mail confirmation as a receipt, as there will also be a comment indicating fees received.
